Though we did have some small frustrations going through the application process due to some misunderstandings, our case worker helped us through every step of the way, taking the time to give lengthy and very exact explanations about each step of the application form and the next steps to take. Having them review everything before we sent it in made sure that we did not have to waste money sending in multiple applications, and the passport was received within two days of submitting the forms to the company. So, overall, we were very satisfied.
