I think the service was very well overall - thank you! I have two things that I think could be improved. Let the people know where the drop-off/pick-up point is on your homepage - even if it is not your own office! Someone - I don't know if this was done by you or by the KSA embassy - stitched through the front page of my brand new passport! This is the most stupid thing I have ever seen when it comes to passports/visas - and I travel a lot! The new passports embed a chip stitching through the front page can destroy the chip! However did that - please notify that we are in the 21st century and chips are in use!
