They were very helpful with info and helping to create the initial documents, but after that point, I was on my own. Every snag long the way where the visa center or the consulate would not reply or let me know the status, RapidVisa had no answer and provided no help at all. RapidVisa also confirmed I had the right documents before the interview and I didn't. The consulate asked for one more document I didn't have as a result. So I basically paid $600 for them to fill out initial paperwork for me and got nothing else or helpful support. All the reps would do on chat would be looking up a web site, which I could do myself.
