I hired rapid visa to help me with my Removal of Condition. I paid for the premium service so they can have "extra professionals" look at the package and make sure everything is fine before they send it to the USCIS. 20 days late I got a rejection notice from USCIS because RAPIDVISA forgot to include my check with the package. They basically told me sorry about that and had me re-send them the whole package which took several days so they can do what they where supposed to do a month ago. Thanks to this mistake I am out of status jeopardizing my legal status in the US. They refused to give me a full refund and only gave me the premium fee refund since according to them they provided a good service. This is how low of a standard RAPIDVISA has for their services. Please seek a diferent company It's been almost two months since the company printed my paperwork and was ready to send it to the government and I still don't have the notice from government stating they got it.
