My experience with RapidVisa has been nothing short of a nightmare. I chose this service expecting professionalism and efficiency, but what I received was incompetence, endless delays, and zero accountability. Despite providing all the required documents MONTHS in advance, they continuously asked for additional paperwork at the last minute. Even worse, when I followed up, they assured me everything was in order—only to come back later with new, unnecessary demands. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable, especially for something as sensitive and life-impacting as an immigration application. I had to call their office multiple times just to get any updates, and even then, I was met with vague answers and false promises. They assured me the application would be submitted "soon," but days and weeks passed with no action. Meanwhile, my anxiety and frustration grew as deadlines approached and they seemed incapable of sticking to their own timelines. Their so-called "support" team is clearly overwhelmed or simply doesn’t care about their customers. Why offer a service if you can’t handle it professionally? This process is already stressful enough without having to babysit the company you paid to help you. RapidVisa’s inefficiency and lack of respect for their clients’ time are beyond disappointing. If you value your peace of mind and want your application handled properly, stay FAR away from this company.
