I Purchased Q Straint QR Track strap from this company thru Amazon and retuned to them. However, they fail to provide me a credit after the tracking number showed that it was delivered to them. I tried to resolve this issue with them and spoke to Mr. Ken Webb several times and he promised someone will look into it and call back to my disappointment no one did call. I spent $504.59 for the item to purchase and $56.20to return it. This is a very dishonest company, and I don't recommend anyone to do business with them.
