If I have to grade the work and the individual who sad he was qualified there wouldn't be one!! We have been left after he demanded payment even before he started the work without a bath,toilet,shower or wash basins. Nothing is connected up after 3weeks.. shame on you for posting his profile saying he had all sorts of qualifications. You couldn't have checked.
