Paul Guartey of perfect seal roofing ruined me off 2k. 3 Irish lads put up guttering that’s all got to come down. They’ve disappeared. Rated people gave me the address they registered with but I suspect they’re committing identity fraud and operating under roofing company names that have great reviews. Reported to trading standards and citizens advice are assisting me. I doubt I’ll find them but I’m going to try.
