I have been a builder/joiner for many years and decided to go onto rated people 8 months ago after cancelling my yellow pages ad, making this my main source of advertising and link to obtaining work. In the past 8 months I have had all 5* reviews and never had any negative feedback. On Friday 6th of May I received an email stating I was being removed from their company website has I didn't adhere to their high standards!! this come has quite a shock as I didn't understand why?? I have tried numerous times to speak to someone there and they will not speak to me. I feel very upset and disappointed with this and feel I should have an explanation. To top it off they have also been in contact with a customer who I was going to be doing a job for next this week, saying that they had removed me as I hadn't adhered to their high standards (embarrassing) and also giving my company and myself a really bad name and impression where are my rights as a tradesman......
