I needed a tree cut down by 12 feet, and within 15 minutes I had a response from Four Seasons in Morecambe. By Friday afternoon Albert had been round, looked at what I wanted doing, quoted a price which I thought was acceptable and agreed to. Said he would call at 1.30 pm Saturday and make a start. By 3.30 he had left having taken all the branches away, tidied up, placated neighbours into whose gardens bits had fallen, and provided logs for next years fires. I got exhausted just watching him work.
