I got a tradesperson from Rated People - one Brian Johnson of Welling in Kent - who was supposed to mouse-proof my house. All he did was spray foam around randomly and didn't sort the problem. I couldn't get my money back from him. Unfortuntely, he had left the Rated People site by the time he actually came to do the work and so I couldn't warn others about him through Rated People. I sent an enquiry to Rated People and all I received back was a standard email. I wrote to them again and they have never responded I'm afraid I agree that their customer service is sadly lacking.
