I recently had a bad experience with a trader and left negative comments and feedback. It seems that Rated People didn't like this and said that it was against their terms etc... To me it looks like negative comments and ratings affects their ability to get new traders to buy jobs from their site so they don't allow this. If a customer has had a good or bad experience they should be free to review accordingly and give an honest opinion. It seems like Rated People only want good reviews so more people use their services and in some cases cowboy and dodgy tradespeople. I will not be using their services again.
