We was told that the garden furniture would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. 8 days on and after a number of calls as mailbox is always full.
(No surprise) to be told it had been delivered !!! Then to receive a call to be told furniture has been damaged by courier and not delivered. They could not give a date to when we will get our furniture. Offered no help, assistance or alternative to resolve the problem. Only offered a refund and to reorder once in stock on their web site.
