I had found some research that honey and cinammon was very good for various ailments,(I am a carer for my mother who gets a lot of urinary tract infections) also good for weight loss,so was mixing my own powderd cinammon and runny honey! I then discovered Raw Hive and ordered the mixed version .I have NEVERT tasted anything so delicious and enjoy it mixed with hot water twice a day and of course sometimes allow my Mum a bit!!!!!!
