I had an excellent experience with my 5 day Skinny Cleanse! I lost 8.5 lbs and have kept it off over a week later with careful and clean eating. I never felt hungry, and while I didn't love the taste of all the juices, I loved how I felt while on the cleanse. My skin was glowing and I had enough energy to do light workouts during the cleanse. It was the jumpstart my body needed. I will do this again!
