I bought the skinny cleanse and protein. I highly reccomend adding some protein if you are juicing for 3 or more days. The proteins were like cheating with a sweet desert. I lost 6 pounds in 5 days. I tried to go longer with the juicing by using it as a meal substitute.
I have not been hungry as these juices have kept me satisfied.
