My husband and I loved the 3-day protein cleanse. All of the 6 drinks were unique in flavor, delicious, and satisfied a craving. He kept to the recommended order of drinks, taking one every 2 hours. I integrated the higher calorie drinks during the middle of the day when I tend to eat more and when I exercise. At the end of the 3 days, we awoke feeling refreshed and energetic. The "reset" triggered more thoughtful menu planning around healthier choices. Within the first week of completing the 3 day regime, we are already discussing when we should start our next one!
