Purchased the 3-day skinny cleanse with hopes of losing a few pounds I had gained (and struggled to lose) after a stressful few months, and happy to report it worked! I prepped for 2 days prior to the cleanse, eating whole foods only and cutting out all dairy, etc. as suggested. During the cleanse I was still a bit hungry but, snacking on fruits and veggies was enough to help! I lost a total of 4.5lbs, finally getting past my hurdle!! I did not experience any bloating as some others, in fact I felt the opposite which was great. The green juices were not my favorite but definitely not bad… I’m not a fan of green juice flavors in general. The meal replacement flavors were all delicious! I will definitely be purchasing again - will most likely do the 5-day cleanse next!
