We ordered two of the lower sugar detox cleanses my husband and I did these together the five day and it was very good. My husband lost 8 pounds and I lost 5 pounds. I struggle with autoimmune disease and with inflammation and this really helped my inflammation, and just gave me a jumpstart to wanting to eat healthy again. My husband had a little trouble with his stomach with the protein drinks making lots of noises but overall did great. The taste is very exceptionally good I highly recommend, and we will do this again.
