I have to be honest! I love the taste of the juices and protein shakes. The protein shakes in my opinion as a very active individual are not adequate for muscle maintaining. Only 11 grams. I did a 5 day 6 drinks a day cleanse… the amount of sugar ( even natural ) had me wide awake at 1 am. Once I stopped the juice fast I started sleeping again within a day or so! I’m still going to order again but only to drink 1 a day as an additional source of fruit and vegetables
