I only lost 1lb and followed the directions perfectly, even down to the pre-cleanse stage. I had cravings like never before on days 1-3. By day 4 and 5, I had regained energy and strength and started feeling much better. But days 1-3 were MISERABLE, I was starving, and had no energy. To go through that and only lose 1lb… I don’t think this was worth it.
