I've done a the protein cleanse several times over the past few years. For me it is a great way to reset my diet and get back on track. I am now really loving the Intermittent Fasting Fuel Pack that includes the craving crusher, skinny boost, and hunger delay drinks. All three of those are something I look forward to and seem to help with minimizing bloating. Also, the craving crusher actually does help me from reaching for unnessesary snacks. I have loved all of the Raw generation products I have tried. I used to make my own juices using a juicer but the ease of having these come frozen and being able to use them as needed is so much better.
