I loved all of the juices and protein shakes! The flavors were great, I had no issues with thawing either. If you’re sticking to this 100% it really does shed the weight but warning that it doesn’t stay off. It’s certainly not a long term solution - which is fine - and I really understand that it’s truly meant to be a cleanse. I bought another whole cleanse to keep on hand and it’s perfect for my lifestyle.
