I did the 3 day skinny cleanse right before Christmas. I was hoping to reset and curb my sugar intake before a trip. Shipping was quick and they arrived frozen in an insulated box. I loved all the flavors and for the most part stayed full. I did allow myself a piece of fruit or vegetable each day. I felt good, did not have any digestive issues, or any adverse effects. I lost 6 lbs over the 3 days. I’ve ordered the low sugar 3 day detox bundle for my next go round. I wanted to try the lower sugar ones because I’m not used to having as much sugar. I love that they have simple and minimal ingredients and the cost is very reasonable for the quality. I would highly recommend.
