After I placed my order i emailed raw generation asking them if possible to have it sent to me on a certain day because I didn't want to start my juice cleanse yet till then and someone quickly replied me by the next day saying that it would not be a problem which I really appreciated. But 15 minutes later I recieved an email again but this time telling me my order has now shipped.. So I emailed them again asking what is the deal? Has my order shipped or not cause someone told me my order would ship later on my desired date and I tried to use the tracking they provided and it did not work. And as of now it's been 2 weeks since I contacted them and no one has gotten back to me yet and I still haven't recieved my juice either. This is the third time I've ordered from raw generation and the previous times everything was fine but this time I'm very disappointed.
