I chose the protein cleanse as I am always training for triathlons or skiing, and need to stay on my training plan. I felt great during the cleanse, was never overly hungry, and still could get a good run or bike ride in. I am planning on a cleanse 4x/year now. The juices were delicious, and I really like the fact they are shipped frozen from a food safety perspective.
