I ordered a mousepad at the beginning of December and was told it would be delivered in 5 days, which it was but not to my address. Razer used a DHL subsidiary partner and they must have delivered it to another person. It took me days of following up just to get this verified. They then assured me that it would be reshipped, which it has not been in the weeks following. I have spoken to 9 people in their customer service team, all with the same cookie cutter template of apologies but never any action. Finally after all of this I have asked for a refund and it will take up to 30 days. While I think their products are fine their ordering and customer service is abismal, if something goes wrong you will not be taken care of.
