Today, the sale of our home closed and the new buyers are now happily calling it their home. I am thrilled for them and I am thrilled for us. From the start, Jeremy had a detailed plan of the things we needed to do in preparation for selling our home. We followed his instructions and completed the preparations required. Once done, we simply stepped out of the way for him to do his job. He was professional, patient, and always readily accessible. He was also diligent in pursuing and tracking the progress of the sale and in keeping us informed on its status. Our home would not have sold as quickly (sale sign up on Friday, sold at open house on Sunday) had he not given us wise tips and suggestions on how we could present our home so others could see its beauty and possibilities through our eyes. He invited us to contact him any time during the whole process with any questions or concerns. He meant it, too.
