Portland, we agreed upon a very fair listing price. Due to Stephen's suite of online marketing and paid-for feature listings, we had over a dozen interested parties nearly immediately, and received a full price offer within 24 hours of listing. I was ready to gladly accept the offer, but Stephen advised to wait over the weekend to see if multiple bidders could be pitted against each other. This turned out to be great advice! By the end of the weekend, we had another offer at $6K over our asking price, which yielded a quick closing, no repairs, no concessions.
