We had our home on the market for 7 months in 2014 and it didn't sell. We had several offers and they all fell through, not because the home, but because the buyers backing out for various reasons. During this process our #1 complaint was there was NO communication from our realtor. They did not explain what was happening. Then we switched to Stephen and everything changed. Him and Jennifer explained everythign to us. They made us part of the process and helped us understand what was happening along the way. Our home sold very quickly. During closing they even negotiated some additional benefits for us as the seller without us asking for it. They truly were lookign out for us through the entire process from listing to closing. I would use them again in a second.
