Being in a different state I found Stephen via the Internet, I called him, he, rather than jumping to get my business right away and since I was not in a hurry to sell, he recommended me to wait a few months to list my property in order to get a better selling price. I thought that was very honest on his part, he said he would call me back and he did, exactly when he promised. Stephen went way above and beyond to just listing and selling my house; he met with my tenants, received and inspected the property, twice, and he even check on my tenants on a Sunday of a holiday weekend! Stephen and Jennifer were great through out the whole process, they not only saved me lots of money because I didn't have to travel to Portland but also because they sold my property in just two days and above asking price! I will highly recommend them!
