I first found Stephen FitzMaurice when he sold my next door neighbor's house. Last spring I asked him to sell my mother's house – which he did within 3 days! So in the fall when my house was finally finished being remodeled, I of course asked him to sell it. It came on the market in the middle of November – which of course is a more challenging time of the year to sell a house. So this time it took about a month! I highly recommend Stephen. He is very professional, returns calls promptly, and is always helpful. He has a list of skilled people to recommend, such as the contractor I hired for both houses, electricians, gardeners, etc. All of whom were wonderful, honest and very skilled in their professions. And his new assistant, Jennifer, was fantastic to work with!
