I contacted Stephen based on a postcard I received at my house, coincidentally, I was considering selling my first home. I called him and told him I was in the early phase of selling, meaning I had done absolutely nothing, and he came over the next day. He came over at my earliest convenience and gave me recommendations of what to improve to get the best price for my house at the earliest timeline. He told me that I was not at all obligated to use him as my agent and he outlined his fees if I were to use him. Once I was ready to sell I called him back. I then signed a contract and he arranged for a professional photographer to come in once I was moved out. By second day that my house was posted we had two offers, the second of which I accepted. He continued to be helpful until the house closed. Long story short, I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone in Portland looking to buy or sell.
