Stephen is very good at what he does. He made the selling of my house quick and painless and was able to negotiate a rent back from the buyers which allowed me enough time to find and close on a new house without having to worry about being homeless. As a first time home seller I was nervous and wanted to jump on the first offer that came in the first day on the market but Stephen reassured me we should wait and see what else came in. He was holding out for a perfect offer and two days later that's what we got. Things moved along smoothly and efficiently with the sale. I like that he communicates effectively via email and handles all “paperwork” electronically with DocuSign. I'd recommend him to anyone with a house to sell.
