I think Stephen did a good job. Here's why: Stephen explained various issues of the original offers and over the past month or so have explained or answered questions in a fashion I could follow and deal with. Stephen put in explanations and comments when I thought the house was ready to sell which apparently furthered the quickness of sale. Stephen's commission structure was understandable. Stephen took the time to make the internet presentations so well, that the day it was first on and I was in my garage moving stuff out, three persons showed up who were not Realtors. Several Realtors showed that day, as well.
