Stephen was an excellent realtor for us in selling our floating home. Besides being very professional, he gave us monthly updates regarding how often, how many, and with which search engines people were viewing our homes. He was highly computer and website literate and always available to assist with questions. He did his utmost to help us conclude a sale - which we did last week. He helped with 2 open houses, put up good signage, referred us to excellent photographers and, finally, was very reasonable with his fees. He did not gouge us. Floating homes are a specialty field, but Stephen steered his way adeptly through all the obstacles and considerations. We did take a considerable loss on our home, but that was a function of the marketplace, not his work. I would highly recommend him and wouldn't hesitate to use him again if I were I to still have Oregon property to sell. Unquestionably, one of the best realtors I have come across - and I was a Realtor for 6 years, myself.
