We originally wanted to list for sale by owner in order to bring more profit to ourselves. We listed our home on zillow, after a week there was no action. We contact Tyrone and Andrea, had an interview and decided to list with them. Within two weeks there were multiple showings, more then one offer and the home was sale pending. The process has been smooth and so much easier then selling by owner. I couldn't imagine all the things we would have endured on our own it was well worth it to list with them! Tyrone an Andrea are always available to answer our questions, they are prompt and very knowledgeable!
