My husband and I would highly recommend Riley Nix! He was very responsive throughout the home buying process and often worked late hours on our behalf. As first time home buyers, it was helpful that Riley was very informative on both the home buying process and the city of Corvallis/surrounding areas. We also appreciated that Riley provided us information that gave us realistic expectations (so we would not get our hopes up!) Additionally, Riley went above and beyond to help us close the deal on our home. For example, since we were out of town in the days leading up to closing the home, Riley helped removed the wood stove insert (required by Oregon state law) in order for the appraiser to sign off.
