My wife and I knew we wanted to buy a waterfront vacation property in Bend somewhere but really were unfamiliar with the area. Meredith with the cooperation of another associate really educated us on so many opptions and it wasn't long before she found us a great property in Sunriver. However this is were the work for her started (for all of us) as it was a long negotiation process with a few stops and starts. She not only stuck with us but helped guide us and proactively kept everyone on track. We really felt like she was commited to us. Also being remote buyers she made it very convenient by going the extra mile to take care of things since we were remote. For example she took the time to open our property up for the cable company even after the sale was complete. This is just one of many times she went our of her way. So many times in the service industry these days we come across so many untrained and un profesional people. It was a breath of fresh air to get lucky and find Meredith. She is a real pro!
