Easy, clear website with honest pictures. Quick delivery, great communication throughout and most importantly of all, truly wonderful flowers that arrived in perfect condition and seemed to last forever - the attached photo was taken 8 days after the flowers were delivered. And they came with a beautiful card (a lovely surprise touch!)
