Product works as stated, however the integration of CRM does not. We were advised at the start that our CRM would have a full integration with realtair without having the need to double enter data and also to keep a full track record of what is being sent out with tasks that can be generated. This is not at all what is happening. There is no integration to the "Pitch" product which is what we signed up to. The team needs to be a little clearer in what can be integrated and what cannot.
