Dear Readers I am writing on behalf of all those who live in the UK and have sent items to be sped by Rebelle. Yesterday I received an email from Rebelle to say that after the 15th December they will no longer be selling my products because of Brexit. That is fine I haven problem with that. What I have a problem is that they have stated that if we want our items back we need to get back before the 15th December and also pay $15dollars for each item to be sent back. If items I not claimed back they cane sold for whatever price Rebelle chooses. This is clearly outrageous for a company that takes nearly 70/80 percent of the profit when an item is sold. Also you would think that given these unprecedented times were people are struggling they would be a little more courteous and charge a nominal fee to return peoples items. I order from OUTNET in Bologna which is further away and pay only £5 for a whole box of items. How can they charge people 15 Euros per item. They know that we don't do that and they will just sell the item and take their profits. I really urge people to take a stand on this and not buy from Rebelle. Moreover, I tried calling them and emailed them several times to ask if they would charge just a nominal fee to return my items. They have refused to reply. While Rebelle my be operating within the law they are clearly behaving immorally. I will also be posting stuff unsocial media about this as I dont see why I have to pay to get my items back.
