The biggest mistake i made during lock down! As a buyer: you don't get a choice to decide whether you like the item or you want to keep it and they'll get hold to your money for 6 weeks for you to receive nothing. Say if you bought the item on June 12th, the Rebelle would keep it until July, 24th to decide if it's suitable or not. For 6 weeks they would hold on to your money just to say you would not get it. As a seller: God hep you! I was told an item on July 12th and still have not seen a penny or the 600 GBP Bag. It was brand new in original packaging. An excuse was used and now i am being charge 7.50 + 5 eur and it's operating like a scam. I paid them 7.50 for delivery back to me, they returned back and now they are charging another 5 EUR and i fear this will go on. Another item was sent back for free ?! but obviously there was nothing faulty about it. Use vestiarecollective or ebay. You get a prompt product and payment and kind feedback from buyers and seller.
