I've used this service several times for projects beyond my Render Garden's capabilities. Their service is well integrated into my 3D platform (C4D) and has plenty of umph to tackle my projects. And, plug-ins don't appear to be an issue either. The service is well designed, and it's simple to monitor your rendering projects. My only suggestion to users is to run a few test render frames on their platform prior to running the entire shebang. Their Render Cost Estimation tool (not the CostCalculator) is not logical or easy to use. Simply submit just a few frames of your project's most complicated shots, then extrapolate from the results your cost/frame. Then in their ControlCenter, resubmit the job with the correct frame times, or just re-upload the entire correct-length project. The team is VERY responsive and their service is efficient and polite. I wholeheartedly endorse their service.
