Der Stuhl ist zwar wirklich gut, stützt neben der Lendenwirbel schön auch die Schultern und ist gut verarbeitet, allerdings komme ich mir etwas unfair behandelt vor, wenn ich lange auf eine Aktion warte und dann genau nach Ablauf meiner Rückgabefrist eine deutlich bessere Aktion kommt, bei der die Nackenstütze umsonst dabei gewesen wäre, zusätzlich noch ein Reinigungsset und noch freie Farbwahl möglich wäre. Eine Erstattung der Kosten für die Nackenstütze wäre hier überaus kulant!
