I believe that the people who have given this place a 5-star review are employees or friends of employees. The office will not let you initiate direct communication with your case worker. If you call, they will not answer and when you leave a voicemail, they will not return your call. My case worker Mr. Hardin was not helpful. it has been several weeks of me trying to communicate with him. They are beyond rude to tell people they're here to help them. When I would call the rude unprofessional receptionist acts like a warden. All she does is forward your call to voicemail. When I asked to speak to someone else I was told that the only person I could talk to is the person with my file. You cannot get a prompt answer to know the status of your application.
