Bought a device in 2019 and really enjoyed it...but the battery stopped working 5 years later and I sent it in for repairs. My device was collected 49 days ago, invoice paid 30 days ago and my device still has not been returned to me. Customer service claimed it was "returned undelivered" and they will reship but both their own tracking page and the courier tracking page stated the item wasn't even dispatched. All my emails have been ignored by customer service since. There was zero proactivity with communications from Recovapro except to ask for money, all other correspondence (ie: confirmation that they have received my device) were initiated by me. Decent product but Recovapro's customer service is abysmal, untrustworthy and have zero integrity.
