We have purchased Recycled mats around 8 years ago and have used them outdoors at our preschool: some of them on a consistent basis and it is only now that we needed to replace one of them which we had folded instead of rolling to pack away which created an edge which did not allow the mat to stay flat. Our mats have been rained on, been in the sand pit, had children sitting on them for lunch time, playing on them, families have sat on them and they have become the 'flooring ' for cubbies the children have built. They are so durable and versatile that we have just purchased 6 more.
