First time taken mat out of bag it has uneven stretched plastic down each fold which makes the mat stay up and not go down flat obviously a manufacturing fault brought mat in the June sales didn’t open the bag till our Christmas holidays because of lock downs in Victoria Because we didn’t return in the first 30 days of purchase thay don’t want to know about there faulty product that costs lots of money in the first place definitely I don’t recommend buying off them there’s other places that offer 12month - 3 years warranty on there recycled mats very disappointed in there service would give zero star but wouldn’t let me also seen some reviews of the mat kills the grass and some caravan parks won’t let you use them because of this
