You probably shouldn’t have asked.., decided on mats for my partners staff. Ethical etc etc What you do for the environment is COMPLETELY negated by trying to save on delivery costs. Courierplease lie and say nobody is home. I stayed in ALL day. It’s a $1300 purchase and I’m sitting at the international airport and they still have not arrived. I have sent numerous messages to Courierplease (they are a broking firm that contract out to the cheapest drivers - consequently their vehicles are the least environmentally friendly of any delivering) I visited the newsagent that they drop the parcels off at - and they weren’t there so even though when they said they were out for delivery I suspect the mats were still at the depot. The function was last night. :( If this cannot be resolved in the next 24 hours I will be requesting a full refund and will leave it up to you to try and locate the parcel. I have literally spent HOURS trying to find these mats. If you do by chance locate this parcel today (Wednesday) then please have it redirected to: Nigel Williams Chief Risk Officer - CBA Level 14 201 Sussex Street Docklands NSW 2000 phone +61 466 008 288 I could not get it redirected. Your account with Courierplease must give you a person to speak to at the very least. NSW Fair Trading need to investigate this company - it is ILLEGAL to lie to customers.
